How to send a parcel — 5 quick steps
Everything is done online in a couple of minutes. Here's what to do and what happens next.
Open the site and choose your country
On cargo.skazka.es, pick the destination country and enter the weight — the site instantly shows the exact delivery price.
Fill in the details
Sender and recipient names and phone numbers, delivery address, what's inside the parcel, and the declared value.
⚠️ Important: list each item on its own line
In the contents section, add every item separately using the "Add item" button — don't put everything on one line. This helps us know exactly what's inside.
Submit the request
You'll immediately get an application number, e.g. CS-0000123 — save it, you'll need it if you contact us.
Drop it off or book a courier
Bring the parcel to the Skazka store in Spain in person (c/ Julio Antonio, 22 bajo), or book a courier right in the request (+€10) — they'll pick it up from your home.
Get your tracking number and wait for delivery
Once your parcel is registered, we'll give you a tracking number. Delivery takes 2–3 weeks.
